With a mixture of flamenco, salsa, Afro-Cuban folklore, funk, Jazz, soul and Hip Hop, Patax offer a live show that is nothing short of overwhelming.

Their major influences are from great artists and groups who, each in their own style, have been masters of fusion: Weather Report, Chick Corea Elektric Band, Frank Zappa, Herbie Hancock, Irakere, Wayne Shorter, Miles Davis, Paco de Lucía… Added to all that, the key ingredient of that magic recipe: the communion between Flamenco and Afro-Cuban folklore.

Their last album, Us (2023), is a stunning collection of original works recorded before live audiences. More than an inkling into their quality on stage, in which this group from Madrid are all energy, quality and technical mastery. With their boundless energy, Patax continue to be the most powerful standard bearer of Jazz-fusion-Afro-Cuban-flamenco funk. Enjoy the party!
