Panamanian flautist Anggie Obin leads this very special quintet whose music is rooted in creativity, mutual interaction and a shared passion for avant-garde and Latin Jazz. Their repertoire also includes arrangements from the “American Songbook”.

Initially trained in modern Jazz, in her professional path since then Obin has built a career in which she has combined performance and composition, drawing upon the language of contemporary music to explore the possibilities of the transverse flute in improvised contexts.

On this occasion, Anggie Obin shares the stage with leading musicians on the scene at present, such as Gorka Benitez, Massa Kamaguchi, Estefanía Chamorro and Diego Hervalejo. A group comprising some of the finest talents living in Spain today.

Noa Lur: Multipolar

Initially trained in the Basque Country and Barcelona, Noa Lur has carved out a solid career for herself within the Jazz scene, as performer, composer and producer. Throughout her career, she has been curtain-raiser for artists like Bobby McFerrin or Macy Gray and won prizes such as the BBK Jazz Award for her work in production, and the Musika Bulegoa Award for the GAUR project.

The Bilbao-born artist will present Multipolar (2025), the sixth and the most ambitious album of her career to date. Well received by critics, the album brings together a host of international artists and offers up an eclectic sound which, though rooted in Jazz, opens up to other genres, such as rock and groove.

Multipolar charts a journey through human emotions, reflecting the diverse facets that make up personal identity. Through her compositions, the artist addresses issues such as mental health, motherhood, life in the music industry, and the way idols are built up, and can fall.
